Conditions of Use


Important Information:

  • The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
  • There is no shipping services on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. All orders on weekend and National Holidays will be shipped on next business day.
  • If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
  • Ri-vier Automarisering does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
  • You have a cooling-off period of 14 days if you actually want the ordered products. These products you can return within 14 days of purchase provided that the products are unopened and in original condition and at your expense. For returning is governed by the terms that can be read under the heading "Rerurn Policy".
  • Factory Warenty of all products is 1 year.

Additional info for Norway

  • To get the order past customs we need your VAT number of your company. If you are a private person, please send us you Personal ID number.
  • We have to put this number on the Invoice to get the order past your customs. Customs what to check if there is a real person or company where the order is shipped to.
  • Please provide us with your number when order. You can put this in the comment field when checking out. We will ship when all info is complete and the order is paid.

On shipment when select "Shipping without track and trace."

  • Ri-vier Automarisering cannot held responsible when the local postal service will loose the envelop.
  • The customer cannot ask for a refund when the order is not delivered.
  • All responsibility lie at the customer.
  • If the customer do not want held response for the shipment the customer needs to select the normal shipment method what is with track and trace.

Payment Methods:

We accept iDeal (only in The Netherlands), PayPal, credit cards (by PayPal) and Bank transfer. Al orders will be hold until payment is fully received by us.

You can make a bank transfer to address listed below. Upon receipt of payment, we may hold the order until the funds clear your Banking institution and our system.

Return Policy

All returns to Ri-vier Automarisering are subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number.You may request an RMA by email to
  • All returns shipment cost will be paid by the customer. The resending of (repaired or new) items will be paid by Ri-vier Automarisering.
  • Clearly mark your RMA number on the packing.
  • ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Discs, etc. should be included.
  • The products must be unused and in state of new.
  • Shipping and payment Charges are not Refundable.
  • If it's customer reason to return product, the item must be returned in a month since the day of purchasing. 30% of total product cost will be charged as restocking fee.
  • International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping
  • If the claim is justified we will ship the repaired or new product at our cost back to you.
  • For return of unjustified claims we charge you the shipping costs AND surcharge research costs of 25 EUR excl VAT.

Stock Availability

  • Stock Availability in Ri-vier Automarisering includes:
  • Usually ships within 48 hours (Product is in stock at our warehouse, ready for shipping in 24-48 hours)
  • Usually ships within 1 to 6 weeks. (Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been ordered from the manufacturer. Generally it will take 1 to 3 weeks .
